Mr. Austin Sequeira is co-founder of Accacia International Inc. He is also co-founder and Director of Accacia Serum Products Inc, an independent venture successfully spun-off from Accacia International, Inc. For three years, he was CEO of Omnisite BioDiagnostics Inc. a fully owned subsidiary of Systems and Processes Engineering Corp. (SPEC). Mr. Sequeira served as Program Director and Principal Investigator for several SBIR projects, both Phase I and Phase II, which had been funded by various governmental agencies. Prior to joining SPEC, Mr. Sequeira was employed as General Manager at Abacus Diagnostic Systems in Austin , Texas . His responsibilities included set up and management of all technical manufacturing operations involving biodiagnostic assays and reagents. Mr. Sequeira has 10 years experience with Abbott Laboratories, Diagnostics Division, a major pharmaceutical & diagnostic company in Chicago . While at Abbott he was instrumental in several product launches which brought the company over $500 million in revenue. Mr. Sequeira worked in all facets of the company from R&D to manufacturing. He has been credited with several technological and manufacturing changes that have benefited Abbott Labs. Mr. Sequeira had a wide experience in manufacturing pharmaceutical formulations abroad. He graduated from the University of Bombay, India with a B.S. Degree in Chemistry and Physics. He was awarded a post-graduate diploma in Production Engineering and Factory Management from Bombay , India .


Mrs . Eula Sequeira is co-Founder & President of Accacia International Inc. a Texas corporation. Ms. Sequeira graduated with High Honors from the University of Bombay with a B.S. Degree in Chemistry and Physics. She was awarded a Post Graduate Diploma (with High Honors) in Production Engineering and Factory Management from Bombay , where she was awarded the Gold Medal. Ms. Sequeira has been responsible for the overall growth and management of Accacia. She has consulted for several companies in the areas of molecular biology and biodiagnostics, especially on work related with Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grants. Ms. Sequeira co-developed a reflectance strip reader for quantitative determination of blood analytes, which uses immunochromatographic strip technology. She supervised the design and development of prototypes readers to international diagnostic companies. Prior to starting Accacia International Inc., Ms. Sequeira was employed for 9 years (1991-2000) at Abbott Laboratories, Diagnostic Division, in Chicago , IL . During her tenure at Abbott, Ms. Sequeira worked in the Quality Assurance Department for
all Hepatitis and infectious disease assays. Ms. Sequeira has extensive experience in applying acquired technical knowledge to ensure conformity to customer specifications and requirements.
